A great hotel with great people. The food at the restaurant was delicious, everything that we ordered was more than great. The breakfast is very complete and you have a lot of local food to taste. It is the first hotel that I've been that has the pool open 24 hours and the sauna and laconium 12 hours, from 9 to 9. In your room they give you a hat and a bag that you can take home, they give you sandals and a robe to use during your stay. A great experience, i don't know why it only has 4 stars when it should have 5!!

Excellent, high class hotel near a thermal spring in Furnas; the rooms are tasteful, well-stocked (with regular housekeeping), and the pool is heated by the thermal springs. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast each day in the hotel restaurant. Furnas is a little out of the way on the island, but not unreasonably so. The town is charming. There is ample parking in front of the hotel. We loved this hotel and plan to come back; however, we probably will only come in shoulder or low season.

Gorgeous hotel in such a calm setting. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was excellent, great staff and always so peaceful. Spa facilities were perfect after a day of exploring. Restaurant on site has great dinner options and was delicious! Bed and pillows super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I had a great experience here. The room was great, spa facilities were amazing, they have a sauna, steam room, warm room, indoor and outdoor pool, and a colder and hotter pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful, we were half board, my partner is vegetarian, once we informed the staff they were very accommodating so we were allowed to choose from the full menu. There are different teas and sweets at the front desk daily. There are lots to do nearby, amazing hikes, I would recommend hiring a car for the holiday. We would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again. Many thanks
